Description
NizamSons (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for QC Manager for Woven Garments manufacturing. The Ideal candidate should be:
- Male
- - years of age
- Having - years' experience in Woven Garments manufacturing
Main responsibilities include:
- New department development
- Statistical Analysis (Regression, Correlation, Mean, Mode, Median)
- Using KPIs for quality improvements
- QMS implementation
- S implementation
- Working on six sigma/Lean/Kaizan
- Working on DHU & point system/ point system
- Working on DMAIC cycle, PDCA cycle
- Working on Fishbone diagram, Pareto analysis
Job Specification
NizamSons (Pvt.) Ltd. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of QC Manager (Woven Garments) in the field of Production in one of their office located in Sialkot - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have ms tqm/masters's (18 years' education) qualification and atleast 8 years of experience. The position require qms, six sigma, lean, kaizan, ms office, dhu, 4.0 system, 7.0 system, kpi, 6s, qc manager, garments, manufacturing, analysis, regression, correlation, quality, dmaic, pdca, pareto analysis, fishbone diagram mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 120k to 150k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
