Description

Location : Head office ,Lahore.

Qualification : BE Metallurgy and Materials Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Experience : Minimum to years in oil and gas industry. (Experience of ASME Audits is Mandatory).

Manager QA/QC – Oil & Gas (Expertise in construction and fabrication of ASME U-Stamp & NB R-Stamp Pressure Vessels, Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchangers, Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, Water Tube Boiler, Stripper Column, LPG Bowsers and Bullets, Welded Tanks for Oil Storage with Floating Roofs, Power Piping, Process Piping, Gas Transmission Pipelines and Steel Structures. Well versed in quality Systems and auditing (ASME, ISO, and OGRA). Well-familiar with the latest international standards and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for reviewing and preparing the Inspection and Test Plans.

• Responsible for Reviewing and Conducting WPS and PQR qualifications.

• Witnessing the Welder Qualification Test.

• Responsible for the Preparations and Reviewing of SOPs and Method Statements.

• Deals with consultant and client to resolve issues during the project execution according to the client’s requirements, standards, and project specifications.

• Responsible for execution of ASME and NB Stamp job and its documents.

• Responsible for ASME Audit for U, U- , S, R and NB Stamps.

• Responsible for the Internal and External Audit in line with ISO- - , : , and ISO : .

• Performing joint inspection with TPI and Client at the Site / Workshop area.

• Coordinate with ASME Authorized Inspector for ASME stamped job inspection.

• Assign responsibilities to QC Team according to their experiences and skills.

• Monitoring, maintaining, and reviewing the calibration record of all IMTEs.

• Provides technical guidance on matters related to Engineering, maintenance/refurbishment works.

Monitors work performance & quality work and takes corrective action to solve any problem rapidly.

• Perform witnessing of NDE testing and ensure its compliance with appropriate SOPs and Codes.

• Monitors and Witnessing the Hydrostatic test and ensure its compliance as per specification.

• Responsible for reviewing the final QA/QC Dossier file and submission to the client.
