Job Description:

- Working with the senior QA Analyst.
- Assuring quality of sales that are submitted by internal center and external vendors using recordings submitted alongside complete sales.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the entire operation.
- Keeping up to date with the criteria for sales according to guidelines provided by Medicare compliance.
- Working with departments involved in the DME operation.
- Participation in weekly/bi-weekly training depending upon updates for sales criteria.
- EOD department reporting to Manager Operations.
Skills Required:
- A creative mindset - the ability to approach a problem creatively.
- Good communication skills.
- Good listening skills.
- The ability to use logic and reasoning to understand and execute the given criteria.

The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require senior, qa analyst, quality, sales, internal, center, medicare, compliance, training, reporting, manager, operations, creative, problem, communication skills, logic mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 20k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
