Understanding of WBS.
Proficiency with tools like projectmanger.com, JIRA, MS Project.
PMP and Prince II certification is a plus.
Experience of leading developers team and project planning and budget allocation is mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require teambuilding, budgeting project planning mandatory skills.
