Description
Ensure work performance in a safe manner in accordance to the provided specification. Make sure employees are trained and have the proper personal protective equipment to perform the work safely.
Perform work of excellent quality. Set the example for others to follow.
Effectively manage the Shop Team for maximum productivity. Strive to meet the daily /monthly production targets.
Contribute to other assigned projects and plans to achieve production targets.
Follow up with the Stores Department for the timely availability of the required raw and packing materials.
Maintain good relationship with Maintenance and Stores department.
Responsible for all activities of the production team of a particular shop.
Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the Shop machinery.
Proactively investigate operational improvements to increase efficiency/productivity.
Communicate with respective Manager. Be proactive. Communicate potential problems along with proposed solutions.
Control process wastages and analyze market claim.
Maintain tools and equipment in an acceptable manner.
Maintain accurate records for production, Machines break down, associates’ attendance and other related ISO documentation.
Job Specification
Atlas Battery Limited is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Production Foreman in the field of Production in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have d.a.e / b-tech (mechanical) qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require supervisory skills, communication skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
