Description

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role demands excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Arrange travel, logistics, and accommodations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • + years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and adaptability
