Description

Role Overview: As the PA to the Director, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and acting as a liaison between the Director and various internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve multitasking, prioritizing assignments, and maintaining confidentiality while demonstrating exceptional professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming communications (phone calls, emails, letters) and ensure timely responses or redirection to appropriate departments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring easy access to relevant information.
Coordination and Liaison:Act as a liaison between the Director and various internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
Facilitate communication within the organization, ensuring effective dissemination of information.
Project Assistance:Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of special projects or initiatives.
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare briefing materials or reports as needed.
Confidentiality and Discretion:Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the Director in a positive light in all interactions.
