About The Job:
- New client acquisition as part of an agile inside sales team
- Closing clients by approaching prospective customers over the phone in a professional manner; actively cold calling to close deals
- Proactively marketing our solutions to e-commerce businesses using the following channels: phone, email and professional social networks
- Decreasing the time-to-sale by providing prospects rapid and accurate cost/ROI calculations and responding to prospect queries in a timely manner
- Building up a strong pipeline of business contacts and prospects; diligently managing this pipeline and following up on sales opportunities
- Ensuring smooth post-sales handover of signed clients to the deployment team
- Fulfilling and surpassing quantitative and qualitative targets on a personal, team and organizational level
- Providing progress updates and KPI (key performance indicator) reports to the management on a periodic basis.
- Sales experience in either retail or inside sales
- Fluency in English
- Technology savvy and strong internet affinity
- Familiarity with e-commerce solutions, shopping cart systems, plugins, trends and best practices will be a huge plus
- Go-getter attitude
