Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To lead the operations of the company by devising important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To liaise with the senior management to determine the values and mission of the organization, and plan for short and long-term goals accordingly.

• To lead coordination and integration of efforts among Operations, Engineering, Head Office, and Outsourcing divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.

• To Lead day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various supporting business units such as procurement, transportation, logistics, administration, HR, Finance, etc.

• To liaise with the project managers, prepare the budget of each business unit, devise long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.

• To Lead the training programs and ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.

• To manage the proper updated records and proper documentation for all the departments.

• To establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, employees, internal business lines, suppliers, and external vendors

• To oversee operational systems, manuals and policies, procedures, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for improvement or revision.

• To oversee the productivity and performance of the company by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.

• Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
