Description

We are seeking passionate and experienced Online Subject Teachers to deliver high-quality education across all general subjects, including but not limited to English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in online teaching and be comfortable using digital tools to engage students in a virtual learning environment.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging online lessons in assigned subjects.
• Use interactive teaching methods to enhance student learning and participation.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support.
• Develop lesson plans and materials aligned with curriculum standards.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive online classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic progress.
• Utilize various online platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams).
• Conduct assessments and grade student work as required.
• Attend online staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum – years of experience in online teaching.
• Proficient in using online learning management systems and video conferencing tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop with a webcam.
• Passionate about education and student success.

• Familiarity with blended learning models and digital curriculum resources.
