- Evaluating and documenting their customer experience as per given criteria.
- Writing and filing reports on the overall experience.
- Should have a smartphone with a minimum thirteen MP Camera.
- Minimum Age should be twenty-five years & above
- Minimum qualification must be Intermediate other than Arts
- Flexible in travelling to nearest areas to his location
- Experience in Field research /Mystery shopping is preferable.
Job Specification
Abacus Consulting is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Mystery Shopper in the field of Consulting in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require customer service, customer experience, flexible, mystery shopping, pressure, communication, audit mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
