Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, propose and carry out in store programs/events with the coordination of Outlet Managers and approval of director.

• Create a monthly and annual marketing calendar for Retail outlets, Online and Distribution.

• Identify and evaluate adequate brand recognition and promotion opportunities through Sponsorships, exhibitions, festivals, and coordination with other brands for partnerships etc.

• Continuously improve customer experience by capturing and analyzing the appropriate customer information at the outlets, insights from retail stores and adopting best practices, and then acting on the information.

• Collaborate with other departments (Retail and Online) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

• Network, Coordinate and interact with Publishers and Authors for events or live sessions and generate campaigns with different Media or Radio Channels.

• Supervise and monitor the Development of content used in designing all the artworks/newsletters/material/proposal/catalogue/flyers/posters/forms/bookmarks/standees/banners/backdrop and etc.

• Build and execute a research strategy to always keep a track on customer experience at all touch points and also explore new product lines.

• Provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and content.

• Supervise Liberty Loyalty programs, bank promotions and any other discount schemes.

• Creation, Implementation and monitoring of Social Media strategy.

• Regular store visits to evaluate customer feedback and potential campaigns.

Requirements:

• Master's / Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.

• Proven experience of years

• Must have strong background in digital marketing, branding, promotion, event coordination & management.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

• Must have people management & management skills

• Must be an Avid book reader.
