Description

. Planned and surprised visiting the warehouses/ locations for both accounts and internal audit activities.

. Obtain information/ data from the location in order to conduct accounts and internal audit activities.

. Obtain information/ data regarding the cycle and operation of recording the entries in the accounting system from which information/ data gathered for internal audit activity.

. Identifying the discrepancies in the system, process and operation verified during internal audit activity.

. Identifying and assessing areas of significant discrepancies/ risk.

. Preparation of report of the activity.

. Ensuring complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to department head/ management.

. Discussing the discrepancies/ risk with department head for improvement of controls so that the discrepancies/ risk can be mitigated.

. Challenging current processes across the entity and identify opportunities for refinement.

. Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up.

. Supervise and train the internees in internal audit department.

. Any other task given by manager.

Glitz Pharmaceuticals is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Manager Taxation & Internal Audit in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Islamabad, Rawalpindi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have acca/ca/mba/bba/accounting & finance/b.com qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require internal audit, data, order, recording, accounting, system, process, preparation, department head, risk, current, remediation, manager mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
