Manager – Sweets & Bakery

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Sweets & Bakery to lead operations, sales growth, product quality, and team management for our expanding retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

    Manage complete Sweets & Bakery operations
    Ensure product quality, freshness, and hygiene standards
    Develop sales growth strategies and promotional plans
    Handle production planning, inventory, and wastage control
    Lead and train bakery and sales teams
    Coordinate with procurement and store operations
    Monitor customer satisfaction and market trends

Requirements:

    Minimum – years of experience in Sweets & Bakery operations
    Strong knowledge of production, retail sales, and food safety standards
    Good leadership and team management skills
    Experience in retail or supermarket industry preferred
    Ability to manage multiple branches/operations will be an advantage
