Description
Manage existing team of sales people
Assist and manage them towards success and work with them towards products’ promotion and expanding market reach
Continuously provide training to new and existing members of the team.
Meet and exceed annual Sales Performance Indicators (SPI) goals
Ensure that self and the team stay up to date on compliance with company’s CRM system
Ensure a close follow‐up on recoveries for self and teams’ outstanding receivables in the market
Conduct joint visits for your team to further strengthen the relationships with customers
Reach out to company’s target customers within a variety of industries in order to promote our services and expand our reach to new customers and verticals
Ensure growth of different products of the company by developing and maintaining favourable relationships with new and existing customer
Regular and timely reporting to Management as per the SOP and as required by the management

24 seven.pk is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Manager Sales – International Import Freight in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Lahore, Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s/master degree qualification and atleast 6 years of experience. The position require sales management, interpersonal skills, team-management mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 125k to 150k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
