Description

• Responsible for Planning, Organizing, and Controlling the activities and actions of the HR department to achieve desire goal & objectives;

• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures in the organization;
• Responsible for Identifies hiring need, develops the position description, Recruitment Plan, organizational chart and other recruitment related documents employees according to requirement/s by concern department OR as per standard;
• Responsible for payroll management & yearly budget allocation according to pipeline plans;
• Appropriate & up to date Record Management of overall operations/functions of HR department;
• Capacity building of company personnel’s;
• Responsible to develop strategic compensation plans, align performance management systems with compensation structure and monitor negotiations for group health care benefits.
• Conduct Job analysis, Performance assessments and Performance appraisal for all employees to ascertain productivity and its impact.
• Responsible to conduct periodical meetings with all Head of departments to understand their requirement/ issues etc., related to their staff & resources;
• Responsible to handle conflicts & manage employee relationship among organization to maintain healthy & productive workplace environment;
• Responsible to conduct motivational programs/activities in the organization;
• Handling of EOBI, SESSI and other employees/Labor matters etc., on time & appropriately;
• De-hiring and overseeing exit interviews to understand failure of personnel selection in the organization;
• Responsible to maintain confidentiality of admin/HR related issues;
• Effectively generate suggestions, non-conformities or complaints through Corrective Actions Request form;

Karsaz (Pvt) Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Manager HR in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have mba / mpa qualification and atleast 7 years of experience. The position require • excellent interpersonal and effective communicat, • good time management skills, • ability to work under pressure., • well versed with organizational behavior, labor laws, legal matters of employment, • sufficient knowledge of software related to hr. mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 90k to 120k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
