Description
Supervision of all maintenance staff on a daily basis and control of all work and organizing of associates, spares, maintenance and breakdown actions.
Planning for allocation of all maintenance related work. Managing of spares, equipment’s and safety systems.
Ensuring that maintenance staff adheres to all company policies, procedures and statutory and legal requirements and standards.
Ensuring that all maintenance staff are adequately trained and informed of changes in work-related legislation.
Inventory management of Spares.
Coordination of maintenance requests and liaison with other shops/departments.
Prepare and maintain various reports and records that are required to verify the completion of plant maintenance work and provide historical information for future maintenance planning.
Recommend and implement improvements, which will maximize the efficiency of maintenance work and reduce future maintenance requirements.
Review Work Orders for completeness and accuracy and ensure that Work Orders are properly entered and closed out in the ERP System.
Minimizing unplanned downtime and outages.
Implement and Control Preventative Maintenance Plan.
Assists compilation and control of budget.

Atlas Battery Limited is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Maintenance Foreman in the field of Production in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have b.tech / d.a.e (mechanical) qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require communication skills, supervisory skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
