Description
We require a Lab Manager for our Manufacturing Unit of Guar Gum Powder. The applicant should have knowledge of managing analytical and microbiology lab. Should have knowledge of testing of TPC, Yeast and Mould, Moisture and various testings of Product.Should also have knowledge of Protein testing under kjeldahl protein method. Shoud also have ISO , HACCP and ISO compliance knowledge.

Global Gums & Chemicals is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Lab Manager in the field of Manufacturing in one of their office located in Hub - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have master's in food science qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require manufacturing, unit, analytical, microbiology, testing, protein, haccp, compliance mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 60k to 80k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
