Description
As a key accounts manager, your responsibilities include:
◾ Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company personnel
◾ Supervision of designing team for creatives as per client needs
◾ Conduct meetings with clients, informing them about the current status of ongoing activities
◾ Resolving key client issues and complaints
◾ Anticipating key account changes and improvements
◾ Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
◾ Managing account team assigned to each client including content writer, social media manager, digital marketer and seo specialist.
◾ Strategic planning to improve client results
◾ Must have knowledge of digital marketing, digital platforms, and digital strategies
◾ Bring in new potential business opportunities while sustaining the present ones
◾ Responsible for onboarding new clients and training those client’s and their staff on our system.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
