Description
- Escalate IT Issues to the IT Manager where necessary.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Undertake small to medium sized IT Projects as instructed by IT Manager.
- Provide desktop and server support.
- Support and maintain MS server/Desktop and MS Exchange.
- Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktop.
- Install authorised software to laptop and desktop.
- Fault Finding to laptops and desktops.
Job Specification
Karsaz (Pvt) Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of IT Support Engineer in the field of Information Technology in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require troubleshooting, installation of software mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 20 to 30 (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
