Job Description:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Possibly training junior staff

Ltd. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of IT Support Associate in the field of Information Technology in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have degree in it/cs qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require configuring, computer hardware, software, printers, monitoring, computer, service, providing, technical support, phone, setting, equipment, testing, technology, networking, helpdesk mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 40k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
