Description

En Route Technologies is a growing software house providing cutting-edge solutions in IoT devices, tracking systems, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce applications. We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and oversee a Project Management Office (PMO) to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Coordinate with stakeholders including project teams, vendors, and end-users to gather requirements and set priorities.

Plan, initiate, and define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Implement document control policies, SOPs, and templates for standardized project documentation.

Track and monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; make adjustments when necessary.

Manage project budgets, costs, and resources effectively.

Ensure all projects comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and best practices.

Oversee quality assurance of component products including IoT tracking devices, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce solutions.

Prepare project reports, updates, and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s or PMP/Agile certification preferred).

- years of IT project management experience in a software house or technology-driven environment.

Proven experience managing projects involving IoT tracking devices, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce systems.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to multitask and deliver results under tight deadlines.
