Description

Responsibilities (Condensed) VoIP & Communication Systems

Design, implement, and manage VoIP systems (IP phones, SIP, IVR, ring groups).

Troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues.

Administer VoIP servers and user accounts.

Cloud & Virtual Infrastructure

Deploy and manage servers on Azure, Kamatera, DigitalOcean.

Handle production/staging servers (Windows/Linux), WHMCS, and VoIP systems.

Configure RAID, virtual environments, and migrate VMs using VMware ESXi and Hyper-V.

Server & Network Administration

Install and maintain Windows Servers and Active Directory.

Configure Group Policies, file shares, and security protocols.

Monitor server health, storage, and implement backup/disaster recovery plans.

Web Hosting & Application Deployment

Deploy and manage IIS-based web applications.

Configure SSL, logging, and access control.

Support staging and production environments for company websites.

Database & DevOps

Install and manage SQL Server databases.

Optimize queries, schedule maintenance, and ensure data recovery.

Use TFS for builds, deployments, and code collaboration.

Security & Firewalls

Configure and manage SonicWall firewalls and endpoint security.

Implement network policies, antivirus updates, and secure access.

Linux Administration

Manage AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and CloudLinux environments.

Install/configure WHMCS, VitalPBX, and apply security best practices.

End-User & IT Support

Provide hardware/software support to users, both onsite and remote.

Manage G-Suite, email, and network connectivity.

CCTV & Attendance Systems

Install and manage CCTV/DVR systems and biometric attendance machines.

Configure shift schedules and provide user training.

Project Highlights

Migrate servers and applications (Linux, IIS).

Deploy multi-RAID setups and new virtual environments.

Implement SonicWall with dual ISP and upgrade endpoint security.

Note: Salary Package will be decided as per Candidate Education and Experience.
