Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Management Assistant to provide administrative support to the management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office and management operations run smoothly by handling a variety of administrative, operational, and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
Assist in creating and updating reports for the management team.
Office and Resource Management:
Ensure the office is well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and facilities.
Help maintain office procedures and systems.
Project Assistance:
Support the management team in various projects and initiatives.
Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
Confidentiality and Data Management:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Assist in managing confidential company information and reports.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between the management team and other departments or external stakeholders.
Facilitate smooth communication within the organization.
Handle internal and external communications in a professional manner.
Other Duties as Assigned:
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support management functions.
Assist with onboarding new employees or other HR-related tasks, as required.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 75k to 160k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
