We are looking for services of Office Assistant

Have fair knowledge of MS Office, Specially in Microsoft Excel.

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as calling, filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Perform Basic HR duties Like scheduling interviews, maintaining Leaves and employee records.

Perform other receptionist duties as required.

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Purchase of stationery, tea material and other miscellaneous items

Supervision of office boys and other janitorial staff

Manage the repair and maintenance office equipments and assets

Compile, purchase and monthly requisitionMiscellaneous outdoor assignments of office and Head

Manage schedule and deadlines.
