Primary Job Responsibilities

In this role you will be selling a diverse range of Contact Center, Unified Communication, HelpDesk, CRM and ICT solutions to a wide range of market verticals.
• Nurture the assigned inbound Sales Leads coming from other marketing channels
• Lead Generation through your own network or Business Journals, LinkedIn, Google etc
• Rapport Building, Customer Need Identification, Consult/Educate the customer, Scheduling the Demos
• Develop & maintain friendly, trustworthy and result oriented relationship with the customer
• Provide efficient customer service to assigned accounts to add maximum value to customer’s business
• Maintain a pipeline of Opportunities and Close more and more deals with effective follow up
• Explore new business opportunities and keep the CRM updated
• Achieve Sales Target in a proactive manner
