Description

Responsibilities:

• Overlooking all internal audit department related matters.

• Prepare and keep updating the Internal Audit Charter of the organization in line with the international standards and company's business processes.

• Develop risk - based annual audit plans detailing the scope, nature and timing of audit activities spread over monthly audit schedules.

• Responsible to perform retail outlets, raw material store and finished good warehouse audit on Monthly basis, prepare audit report and directly submit to Chairman.

• Responsible to perform monthly cash audit directly by checking the cash account on monthly basis and submit report to Chairman.

• Responsible to perform pre-audit activities by verifying sales and retail vouchers.

• Responsible to audit all the billing from Production side (Confirmation of rates of third part contractors, piece rates and comparison / verification with bills).

• Monthly Verification of Payroll sheet once it is made, before the issuance of salaries.

• Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan.

• Discuss audit findings and recommendations with line managers and report significant issues to Chairman.

• Monitor the timely implementation of the management actions recommended in the audit reports.

• Assist the development of an internal control culture, including training to staff.

• Ensure Compliance for External Audits & arrange the periodic external audits of the company.

• Succession Planning: Develop team as a successor of himself.

Experience: Almost – years of experience in Internal Audit Department.

Qualification: CA, ACCA, ACMA or other related field of study.
