Description

Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packages

Implementing training and development plans

Develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures and ensure that these best practice policies and procedures area are adhered to and are compliant with employment legislation

Carry out additional administration assigned to the payroll team related to Benefits, off-cycle processing, time and attendance, and other tasks

Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, independent advice and support to Managers/Supervisors and employees as required in disciplinary and grievance issues

Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages

Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions

Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for

Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status

Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records

Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly

Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization

Monitor budgets by department

Process employees’ queries and respond promptly

Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Job Requirements:

The qualification required will be a Master's in Human Resources or any other relevant field.

At least to years of experience is required in a similar role. ( IT industry experience is plus )

Fluent in Verbal & Written Communication.

Strong knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems

A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills along with hands on experience on HRM softwares.

Other Details:

Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday Alternate)

Location: PECHS, Block , Karachi

Timings: pm till pm
