Description

A Large Scale business group of Pakistan having rich existence nationally and internationally already secured a persistent position in a large retail outlets chain is urgently seeking for the profile of young & energetic "HR Head-Retail".

Qualification: Masters in Business Administration in HRM or equivalent degree in the relevant field of study from reputable institutes
Experience: - years of hands-on work experience in the retail industry.

Your Role:
The role of “HR Head- Retail” will be responsible for oversight of human resources efforts for our retail outlets (Sahoolatkar). This will include a focus on recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning and development, implementing performance evaluation programs, and metric tracking based on employee performance. They will also ensure our stores meet compliance with federal, state, and in-house regulatory requirements and procedures, etc.
