ZEM Builders is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Head Of Human Resources in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Rawalpindi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have mba in hr/management or masters in relevant discipline qualification and atleast 15 years of experience. The position require policies, training, support, resource, compliance, strategy, administration, compensation, benefits, leave, performance, talent management, productivity, recognition, occupational health, safety, development, regulatory, employment law, management, staffing, hiring, research, analysis, review, metrics, information system, hris, system mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
