Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting and financial operations across ENIXEN, KIDAN, and global entities in Europe and Asia.
Manage group consolidation, budgeting, and financial reporting with full P&L accountability.
Ensure accurate accounting, compliance, and internal controls aligned with international standards.
Lead cashflow management, forecasting, and treasury optimization to ensure global liquidity and efficiency.
Identify and execute strategic financial optimization initiatives to improve margins, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
Drive funds utilization and capital allocation strategy, ensuring optimal return on company resources.
Support M&A, sharia-compliant financing, due diligence, and integration planning for new acquisitions and global expansions.
Oversee tax planning, transfer pricing, and statutory compliance across all jurisdictions.
Build and maintain technology-driven financial processes and automation, using tools like Zoho Books, Microsoft , and Power BI.
Partner with the Group leadership to provide strategic financial insights and decision support for long-term growth.
