Description
• Manage the delivery of client engagements to ensure quality and on-time release.
• Define, establish, and maintain the capabilities required to deliver services.
• Recruit, direct, lead, coach, develop and motivate employees to ensure that accountabilities are clear.
• Experience with Blockchain based platforms and applications such as Hyperledger or Ethereum tokens, wallets and dapps.
• Experience with smart contracts with the use of contract-oriented scripting languages like Solidity or chaincode in GO.
• Development experience with front end development using frameworks like Angular, React, Express, Bootstrap, Swagger
• Experience with cloud hosting solutions e.g. AWS, Azure or Bluemix
• Motivated to explore new opportunities in leading edge technologies
• Ensuring professionalism, quality and a world class work ethic
Job Specification
ALM Human Resources is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Head of Development Full Stack/Blockchain in the field of Consulting in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have computer science, it or engineering qualification and atleast 7 years of experience. The position require software development mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
