Full Stack Developer
About the job:
As a Full Stack Developer you will work with your product team to develop user-centric software products from idea to production. This is a fast-paced environment providing rapid delivery for our business partners.
Desired development skills:
• Experience developing cloud-hosted, responsive, single page web applications using JavaScript (React, Node).
• High proficiency with client-side JavaScript frameworks (preferably MERN Stack), server-side frameworks (preferably NodeJS and NoSQL Databases (preferably ElasticSearch or MongoDB).
• Able to integrate with and managing APIs exposing micro services (RESTFUL APIs,) including development and support of JavaScript services.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, pair programming).
• Demonstrates active pursuit of optimizing CI/CD process and tools, testing frameworks and practices (preferably GitHub, Jenkins, and Cypress etc).
• Ideally familiar with Design Thinking, Behavior and Test-Driven Development.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills with track record of taking solution ownership.
• Familiarity with Multi-Tenant Architecture will be plus
Requirements
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in CS/IT

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
