Answering questions and addressing complaints
Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Keep updated records and files
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.

The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require good understanding of office administration, superb written and verbal communication skills., excellent organizational & multi-tasking abilities mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
