Description
. Supervise, coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
. Estimate and prepare budget for the purchase of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
. May participate in selection of food service staff and assist in other related assignments.
. May plan mess/cafeteria menus and determine related food and labor cost.

Zaitoon Group is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Food Service/Mess Supervisor in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have fa/ba qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require planning, administration mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 35k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
