What You’ll Do

Review and analyze corporate filings from listed companies to identify insider trading activities.

Research each transaction to determine context — such as mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, or new issues.

Extract, categorize, and maintain insider data within our proprietary database system.

Collaborate with global team members to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Support the maintenance and development of new research databases.
