Primary Responsibilities

Finance Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term financial strategies in line with company objectives.
• Manage investments and evaluate opportunities to maximize returns.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Conduct financial data analysis to support business decisions.
• Coordinate audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee tax compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow for financial stability.
• Support due diligence during mergers and acquisitions.
Admin / HR Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Develop employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
• Design and manage employee training and development initiatives.
• Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Administer compensation, payroll, and benefits programs.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze HR data to optimize workforce strategies.
• Develop succession plans and leadership development strategies.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Implement organizational development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Dadisha Private Limited is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Finance/HR Admin in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have qualifications • mandatory: bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting / business administration / human resources. • preferred: mba (finance or hr) / qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require required skills • finance: financial planning, analysis, reporting, tax planning, risk management, audit coordination, cash flow management, investment evaluation, cost control, proficiency in accounting software (quickbooks, employee engagement, training development, payroll & benefits management, hr analytics, compliance, succession planning, employee relations mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 2k to 3k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
