DEPARTMENT / PROJECT : Mental Health Program
REPORTING TO : Program Coordinator, Mental Health Integration
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Contractual ( months)
LOCATION : Karachi, Pakistan
JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent with the support of the Program Coordinator, will be responsible to supervise and coordinate all field activities related to the project and responsible for managing resources for up to Community Mental Health Officers (CMHOs), management of CMHO tasks, and performance management support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as first point of contact between CMHOs and Program Coordinator.
Collect summary data from the CMHOs and ensure tasks are completed before deadline.
Ensure field equipment (mobile phones, accessories) are being utilized efficiently and effectively.
Manage and monitor the Community Mental Health Officers on a daily basis
Consult field workers about visiting plans and follow up of clients.
Resolve admin issues to avoid delay in work.
Organize and monitor all trainings/orientation sessions planned under the project.
Ensure that the defined SOPs are adhered to by all concerned.
Ensure that the communication material is available for both health workers and the clients.
Receive and compile weekly/monthly reports from all sites and present the data to Project Coordinator.
Responsible for reporting any inventory shortage/application issues to Project Coordinator.
Perform related duties as required.
