Description

Responsibilities Include:

Visiting different stores and other establishments.
Evaluating and documenting their customer experience as per given criteria.
Writing and filing reports on the overall experience.

Requirements:

Should have a smartphone with a minimum thirteen MP Camera.
Minimum Age should be twenty-five years & above
Minimum qualification must be Intermediate other than Arts
Flexible in travelling to nearest areas to his location
Experience in Field research /Mystery shopping is preferable.

The ideal candidate should be organised, detailed-oriented, able to handle pressure and possess good communication as well as people-dealing skills.

Job Specification

Abacus Consulting is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Field Researcher in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate (fsc.) qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require stores, customer experience, field research, flexible, mystery shopping, communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
