Description
Arrangement of required labor as per the production needs.
Managing all production and packaging related operations for concerned cosmetics products.
Scheduling and management of labor as per requirement.
Achieving and exceeding production targets.
Minimizing cost of production with maximum output and efficiency.
Coordinating with and acting upon instructions from senior management for improvement of production operations.
Managing and supervising all labor activities, resolving labor conflicts and disputes and organizing and managing a comfortable environment for everyone to work safely, efficiently and effectively.
Supervising maintenance of all production related machinery
Job Specification
PR Next is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Factory/Production Manager in the field of Production in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in engineering/business administration qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require teammanagement, multitasking mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 70k to 110k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
