Description

Monitoring the overall export operations, Export documentation, Insurance, Customs clearance, and submission of documents in Banks, etc.

Submit online bookings for different vessels (i.e. MAERSK, APL, etc.)

Export Documentation i.e Preparation of customs documents i.e. invoice, packing list, and sales tax invoice for clearance of consignment, and banks documents.

Send BL draft instructions according to the movement of shipments.

Updating website of export data for customer information.

Arrangement of shipping bills on daily basis for submission and verification from the sales tax department.

Collecting Letter of Credits and preparing Bank documents according to LC clauses, INCOTERMS with our Contracts.

Preparation of booking at the system and send booking authorization number to the forwarder.

Coordination with merchant regarding purchase order and shipment movement approval.

Complete follow-up of shipment after movement from factory till handover to forwarder and shipping link.

Akbari Chemical Industries Pvt Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Export Executive in the field of Supply Chain in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require monitoring, export, operations, insurance, customs, online, sales tax, draft, data, customer, basis, verification, contracts, system, authorization, shipping, documentation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 50k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
