Description

We are looking for a professional Executive Recruiter to source candidates for Management level positions.

Experienced End to End recruitment life cycle.

Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database.

Map role criteria define position description and document specifications.

Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.

Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.

Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references, and check credits.

Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.

Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.

Desired Profile to have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR.

+ years experience in recruitment or human resources

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search

Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems

Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)

Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
