Hospital Solutions is looking for a business support executive for its head office based in Karachi. The incumbent will be responsible for the following functions in the course of his employment.
. Take responsibility for all matters related to Quotations, Invoices, and delivery Challans,
. Manage the filing and record keeping,
. Ensure office equipment and facilities (e.g. printers, photocopier) are maintained properly and in working state,
. Manage the day to day relationships with the finance department,
. Ensures that a value for money services are maintained.
Job Specification
Hospital Solutions is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Executive - Business Support in the field of Quality Assurance in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate/b.com/ba/ma qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require ms-word, powerpoint-2007, excel-2007, ms-office, English writing skills. mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 15k to 20k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
