Description

Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module.
Work as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with independent planning & execution responsibilities.
Perform technical scoping studies, requirements gathering, suggesting technical solutions through SAP ERP and user training.
Ensure customer satisfaction and implementation and maintenance of quality systems within the group
Involved in development of technical expertise of group members in specific areas, customer interaction, estimation, ensure peer reviews of software work products, technical interviews Project Competencies and Behavioral Competencies: 

Module / Project metrics collection
Train and retain members of the technology group as a part of knowledge management activity
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and users to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter - group coordination within the modules of the project.
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Interact with the functional consultant / client and the key users
