Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy impactful email and SMS campaigns, using a mix of custom HTML, pre-built templates, and automation tools.

Working on email automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, instantly, etc.)

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather assets and ensure campaign quality from concept to send.

Leverage behavioral and demographic data to personalize content and increase engagement.

Plan and execute A/B tests (subject lines, send times, creatives, etc.) to continuously improve results.

Track key performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Write compelling copy, including subject lines, preview text, and CTAs tailored to different audience segments.

Support email marketing with complementary engagement on social platforms.

Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in email/SMS marketing and CRM.

Identify new opportunities to optimize workflows, tools, and partner strategies.

Respond to customer interactions to build community trust and interest.

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling email marketing programs.

Hands-on expertise with leading marketing automation platforms.

Familiarity with compliance standards and email marketing regulations.

Strong grasp of HTML/CSS for email development and CMS tools.

Excellent command of written English and persuasive communication skills.
