Description

Job Summary

The E‑Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, process compliance, and smooth cross‑team execution across e‑commerce workflows. This role focuses on proactive auditing, tool and system ownership, follow‑up and accountability, quality control, and continuous process improvement. The manager will identify bottlenecks, prevent recurring errors, enforce SOP adherence, and close knowledge gaps through documentation, training, and automation—ensuring teams operate efficiently, accurately, and at a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
. Operational Auditing & Error Prevention
Monitor ClickUp dashboards daily for overdue or missing tasks.
Audit sheets weekly for SKU errors, broken formulas, or empty fields.
Build data validation rules in Google Sheets for high-usage files (at least two per month).
. Tool & System Ownership
Maintain a troubleshooting log for all tool-related issues.
Schedule a weekly -minute audit for Yaballe/Hipshipper account sync checks.
Test one automation or integration weekly to ensure it’s functioning correctly.
. Follow-Up & Accountability
Maintain a “follow-up board” in ClickUp for delayed approvals and tasks.
Send reminders or escalate tasks pending for more than – hours.
Set ClickUp automations to alert on inactivity for over days.
. Bottleneck Detection & Root-Cause Solving
Review weekly task queue lengths and identify any team overload.
Run a “ Whys” session for any recurring issues reported more than three times.
Suggest one process redesign or automation per month based on issue logs.
. Quality Control
Randomly review returns, cases, customer replies, and tracking uploads weekly.
Build QA checklists for each major task category.
Track and categorize department-wise error types and assign corrective coaching.
. Cross-Team Workflow Supervision
Create a weekly “handoff map” for inter-team dependencies.
Conduct -minute syncs twice a week with all departments.
Review all managers’ task boards weekly to ensure clear role assignment.
. Process Clarity & SOP Enforcement
Pick one recurring task each week to revise/update SOPs collaboratively.
Conduct biweekly SOP audits (random task vs. SOP compliance checks).
Add feedback/comment sections in SOPs for clarity and improvement.
. Knowledge & Execution Gap Management
Track and document repeated employee errors and categorize them.
Record -minute Loom tutorials weekly for misunderstood tasks.
Run monthly quizzes or simulations on one SOP to assess team understanding.

The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require operational auditing, clickup task and workflow management, google sheets auditing and data validation, sku and data accuracy management, tool and system troubleshooting, automation and integration testing, follow‑up and escalation management, accountability tracking, bottleneck identification, root‑cause analysis (5 whys), quality assurance and checklist development, error tracking and categorization, sop creation and enforcement, cross‑team workflow coordination, process documentation, training and knowledge‑gap management, attention to detail, analytical problem solving, time and priority management mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 60k to 70k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
