Digital Marketing Executive (Male)

Job description

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Candidate should be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website

Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers

Monitor company presence on social media

Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness

Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign

Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy

Develop content of marketing campaigns

Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends

Manage and allocate budget correctly

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Especially the ability to work cross-departments to achieve results

Competitor and customer insights analysis

Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.

Planning and executing digital marketing campaign for all platforms.

Coordinating with the graphics designer/agency for all the required marketing content.

Writing and proofreading creative copy

Managing content for website including product description, blogs, banners and SEO keywords.

Must have knowledge about PPC (Facebook, Google ads)

Planning ads to generate sales, brand awareness and analyzing their performance through web and Facebook/Instagram analytic tools.

Designing, budgeting and leading brand activation campaign, product exhibitions and other events for on ground marketing.

Budgeting and managing product shoots by collaborating with photographers, editors, models and stylist.

PR management including campaign with influencers, brand ambassadors and affiliates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts

Experience with business to customer social media and content generation

Strong creative and analytical skills.
