Overview:

Webnike is seeking a talented and driven Mid-Level Custom WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress development, with a focus on theme and plugin customization, as well as the ability to convert designs from Figma and Adobe XD into pixel-perfect WordPress sites. This role requires someone who is not only skilled in technical aspects but also possesses excellent communication abilities to work closely with our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- WordPress Development: Customize themes and plugins with a strong command of PHP and MySQL.

- Design Conversion: Convert designs from Figma and Adobe XD into functional WordPress websites, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy.

- WP Plugin and Theme Development Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of WordPress themes and plugins development.

- Error Resolution: Demonstrate basic and advanced skills in troubleshooting and resolving WordPress errors.

- Website Creation: Build various types of websites and online stores from scratch and using premium themes, while adhering to WordPress best practices.

- Front-End Development: Strong expertise in front-end development, including HTML , CSS (Bootstrap and Tailwind), and JavaScript.

- Page Builders: Proficiently use WordPress page builders, particularly Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, and Beaver Builder.

- Client Requirements: Understand and meet client requirements, collaborating effectively with the team to convert designs into functional websites.

- Efficient Work Ethic: Display a fast-paced work ethic, able to handle PHP and WordPress tasks under deadline pressure.

- Technical Skills: Proven expertise in WordPress theme and plugin customization, with a strong command of PHP.
