About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our internship and learning programs. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and participants, providing technical support, monitoring program engagement, and ensuring a seamless learning experience across international programs. You will collaborate closely with the Internship Lead and Director of Internships to maintain smooth operations, support students effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our programs.


--- Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support technical calls scheduled with students or participants. Assist students with technical queries related to the program. Track project progress and participant engagement throughout the program. Send timely notifications and updates via chats and communication channels. Upload call recordings and resources to the Learning Management System (LMS). Identify and report technical issues with the LMS to relevant departments. Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate, reliable support. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Internship Manager to support program success.

Ideal Candidate Strong communication skills and ability to interact with participants from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with LMS platforms and technical troubleshooting. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.

Be available on a video call for the customers and trainings.

Response Time: Respond to messages on Slack within minutes. LMS Upload Efficiency: Upload video recordings and resources to the LMS within hour after completion of calls.
