About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our internship and learning programs. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and participants, providing technical support, monitoring program engagement, and ensuring a seamless learning experience across international programs. You will collaborate closely with the Internship Lead and Director of Internships to maintain smooth operations, support students effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our programs.

The position require training, customer support, specialist, internship, learning, primary, providing, technical support, monitoring, program, engagement, international, lead, director, operations, support, technical, calls, project, progress, communication, management, system, product, service, manager, strong communication skills, platforms, troubleshooting, part, professional, standards, level, performance, video, environment, program management mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 80k to 180k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
