Description

GE Solucions Private Limited is currently looking for an experienced professional Customer Support Specialist - International for its Karachi Office to assist their International customers.Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time.

Identify and assess customers need to achieve satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints verbal & non verbal.

Manage large amount of incoming calls

Resolve products or services problems by clarifying the customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem.selecting & explaining the best solution to resolve the problem

Required Skills

• Individual having the ability to read, write, and speaks English fluently with good American or Neutral accent “ONLY”.

• English communication and computer proficiency is required.

• Web savvy individual with in-depth knowledge of the Internet, search engines, and ecommerce

• site functionality

• Strong writing skills and communication skills.

• Proven customer support experience is mandatory.

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

• Manages complex transnational or emotional customer situations promptly and professionally.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.

• Should be able to assure % customer satisfaction.

• Communicate timely correspondence back to customers, track and resolving any issues.

• Answer calls professionally and provide information about products and services.

• Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers to retain them.

• Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.

Additional Requirements:

• Online Web store experience preferred with exposure to online store tools such as eBay and Amazon.

• International customer support experience will be favored

GE Solucions is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Support Representative - Evening Shift in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have inter-mediate / a-level / o-level / bachelors qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require solutions, complaints, problem, market knowledge, product knowledge, english, time-management, clear communication skills, ability to use positive language mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 12k to 18k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
